While looking at something else, I noticed what I believe is a missing bolt. Am I crazy? Have I been running this engine without the head fully secure?
Shouldn't there be a bolt here...

that hole mounts a bracket on the early throttle linkage, be happy you don't have that style

Change that air filter! Looks like it was oiled (shouldn't be, that style is dry).
