DMSA diagram

Post by V12StealthHunter »

I bought a rebuilt 32/32 DMSA and I was looking to see if someone could help label all these ports for me.

1. ??
2. ??
3. ??
4. Plug this?
5. Plug this?
6. Vent to air cleaner
7. To bobina per electrovalvola?

I'm installing it into a 1971 1.6L car which has the original DHSA2 still installed.

2 is fuel inlet, 3 is return to tank, 1 is bowl vent to an emissions device, I believe a valve that goes to the charcoal canister.
Had to look at a carb out in the garage.

I'm not sure that's right. I'll check in the morning but I believe my DMSA is connected with 2 as inlet; 3 as return; 1 is the bowl vent.

4 and 5 are vacuum ports that I plugged.

6 goes to the air cleaner - small port nippled off the big port that has the crankcase breather hose attached.

7 I left unconnected. I believe it goes to emissions control equipment that was stripped from my car.

To confirm - the angled one is bigger and is the fuel IN. The one above it has a very small orifice inside the casting, it is the fuel OUT. The other is the vent.
