Latest Problems
Two problems started yesterday and I'm not sure if they have the same cause. First, my horn stopped working. When i hit the horn button, i can hear the relay clicking, but no sound comes from the horn. Next, when i turn the ignition off, the car continues to run until i turn the fuel pump off manually from a dash-mounted toggle switch. The car has been running fine this entire season (since early spring), until now. Thanks for your suggestions.

Re: Latest Problems
The horn should be easy. If the relay is clicking you're half way there.
Check for power on the horn relay output (Pin 30 to pin 87 should be +12v when the horn is activated.)
Test the horn by connecting test leads from a GOOD ground to the horn - and a good +12v (battery connector) to the horn + bypassing all switches.
The button works, and the under-dash wiring is good if you hear the relay click when activating the horn.
The failure is going to be a bad horn, bad wiring from the relay to the horn, bad ground from the horn, or bad relay. (yes, they can still click, but not contact internally and be bad)
