Passed by a Cessna on the way to work

Post by phaetn »

Was happily commuting to work when, unbeknownst to me, a Cessna got on my six.

My dashcam was filming its stalking me. :)

I only spotted it when it came alongside and I swiveled the camera in time to catch its touchdown.

Sadly, I didn't have the dashcam set up for the drive home. A bit of a weather system had come in and winds totally changed direction and very much increased, so I even had to drive through a couple of micro-showers (not quite sustained enough to put the roof up but I got a bit wet). Passing the other way a plane took off and was really fighting the headwind, very much crabbing into it, and flew right over the same stretch road. It would have made a great companion video as the active runway had switched 180 degrees and it was the first time I had a fly-over both ways on the same day.

Cheers,

Experienced Spider owner! First he hears a funny noise, and immediately looks down at the cluster
