Leaking Block

Hey guys, Wondering where my coolant was going, started her up this morning and this has a slight weep/leak. It's from the front right of the engine block. I'm thinking it's from the old removed smog equipment.
Question is what is this part from auto Ricambi? Is it a freeze plug or an engine galley plug i need?

I believe what you are looking at is an old block heater. Freeze plugs fit into those openings. Galley plugs are for openings into an oil gallery.
