80 Spider won't start

Car sat four years after it had an over charging issue where the battery overheated and it quit running. It sat for a few years and I diagnosed a dual relay issue. It ran for a very short time but struggled then stopped. I checked the compression and found low compression so I replaced rings and rebuilt the head. Now it still won't start. It has spark and pressure to the fuel manifold with fresh fuel. The spark plugs are dry. What components should I test or replace ?
