Last few connections where do they go?

Putting the final connections on my son's 1980 FI Spider after an engine rebuild, and I am not sure of a couple.Really need some advice.

First question: electrical connection on starter solenoid. It's black @ the solenoid, but green at the ring terminal connection. I "think" it goes to the solenoid terminal closest to the block and then to the engine block.

Second question: the two coolant lines going to the firewall. One comes from the top of the head, the other from a pipe that runs along the exhaust manifold from the water pump. Which goes where?

The top lug on the solenoid has 3 wire to it. The main battery + line, the brown wire to the ignition and the black wire from the alternator. The bottom lug only has one connection and that goes into the starter windings.
The 2 heater hose ports: the left one goes to the water pump tube that runs under the exhaust manifold. The right goes to the top of the head.

If your heater connections are the same as my spider and coupe.
These schematics as posted elsewhere in this forum should help with the heater connections.
This is how both my 124's are plumbed and I may have to try reversing them as I would think you would want to stop the hot water to the core before the valve allows it to enter the core as opposed to how it is currently plumbed.

Russ: I usually reference left and right as if you were sitting in the car facing forward. Just to make sure, how are you referencing left and right?

my reference was facing the firewall. You have tight quarters and dont need the hoses crossing over each other.
