Vacuum advance on FI distributor
Vacuum advance on FI distributor
Just noticed (because hidden by air intake from afm) that there is no vacuum advance hose on my dist. I have electronic ignition, so should I plug it up. If not, where does vacuum line goes to on engine.

Re: Vacuum advance on FI distributor
Somewhere under the throttle drum. It may be disconnected because the vacuum advance is broken. Connect a hose to it and try sucking or blowing through. If you can, then the diaphragm is broken inside, and if you connect it to the intake it will be like a small unfiltered vacuum leak.

Found it and attached the hose, must have accidentally knocked it off when I was installing coolant T @ heater hoses. Frustrations ended, car running well.
