Exploded view of timing belt tensioner pulley

Does anyone have an exploded view of the timing belt tensioner pulley? Or any info on how it's put together?

Yeah, but that one is different than some models. The cam pulleys on mine have no ridge, and the Aux Pulley is reversed from this diagram.

I think the tensioner assembly is fairly standardized - as for the pulley guards... there's a whole variety of pulleys out there. Generally you'll have at least one with a guard on the back to stop the timing belt walking off the back of the pulleys.
