Seat rails and track replacement

Just wondering if anyone has used the Fiat 124 seat track replacement assembly sold on this link. It appears the original seat rails get removed and the assembly attaches direct to the floor.

I think that the picture on that link is of a standard one ... not the fiat specific part.
