Came across this while searching for an O-ring for the Idle Adjustment Screw. There are a few useful tidbits in there:

Does anyone know the exact size for the O-Ring that seals the Idle Adj Screw? Or who sells it?

I would take the idle screw out, and either take it to home depot or a plumbing supply place. Put some rubber grease on it before you screw it in.
