Hey - I was just starting on the project of upgrading my seats and I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the black plastic knob on the seat adjustment?
I got new plastic covers for the outside of the adjustment hinges, but I need to remove the knob first. I tried prying the whole thing, just prying out the center - no luck. Any ideas?

Re: Seat Adjustment Disassembly
The center pops out, then you will see how to remove the rest.

Re: Seat Adjustment Disassembly
Csaba, - thanks - that worked.
I thought that was what the exploded view showed me, but I was also sure that the PO used superglue to put it back together.
A few squirts of WD-40 and trying around the outside edge finally got the center cap to move.
Thanks for helping me go in the right direction!
