Intake Camshaft P/N 4333583

Anybody familiar with this camshaft that was on early model fiat's?, there is one on Ebay for sale that I am considering for me rebuild that will have twin Weber IDF 40's and a compression ratio of about 10:1, plus other goodies. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No idea what model year although I plan on installing cam in a 81 Fiat head.
