Them's carpet blooms, Mark.

And Mike, if you look carefully, you'll see lots of green; Harbor Freight green, Bruce's green, and many, many hues of Master Card green. About $4400 in the project so far, so my estimate of a $5-6k car is now $6-7,000. But hell, I coulda spent that at the Mayflower Hotel downtown ...

Bernie, No. Spring is ALMOST there. You're still missing the blue sky.
I know, I know, I'm nitpicking. I feel the need to rub it in now, because when all you guys are 80-85 this summer, we'll be 100-110.

See, that's the problem with the midwest. When it's 100-110 there, it will be 100 here. When it was 72 there, it was -30 here. We don't do anything "halfassed" we either freeze or fry.

... and I feel the need to tickle Mike, 'cause when we're dripping in humidity, he'll be livin' the dream (unless he's in Nigeria, of course).

It was always a source of amusement to me to be in Irvine and hear my co-workers bitching about "humidity" occasionally. Speaking of climate, I hope to make my annual pilgrimage to SLO and SBA in a few months to visit customers. Now that's climate! Edward's I would think is pretty much desert, but along the central coast -- wow.
