After all these years and cars I am at a point that I don't know where to turn. I only have one set of keys for my spider. Who knows the best source to procure another set of blanks for me to take to the key shop?
Years ago I purchased a blank set on Ebay, but I can't seem to find the right set anymore.

Re: Keys to the car
My local locksmith had the correct blanks. You might try there first. If they don't have them, chances are they can get them.

Re: Keys to the car
They have them on evil bay. I picked up two FIAT keys from a company out of Australia a few months back for about $12.

Re: Keys to the car
Hi John
I have had at least 4 sets made while I wait at
W T Bradley & Son Locksmiths
1756 Barnum Ave, Stratford, CT
(203) 377-6556 · bradleylock.com
They have 2 different blanks for the ignition. One is slightly thicker than the other and does not work so its best to have the car there when having them made.

Thanks all, one of those things where i wasn't trusting ebay and haven't taken the time to research the usual suppliers
Thanks spider20181, i should be down that way sometime later this week

Re: Keys to the car
i also bought mine off ebay from the distributor in Australia. i had no problems other than finding a place that could cut them properly. i ended up at ACE hardware and was very happy with the cutting. both keys worked flawlessly

I got a set off eBay for 3 bucks and seem nice and like the sets I already have.... Just type in Fiat Spider key blank.

Re: Keys to the car
Ditto - they duplicated a 1970's "security" key for one of my cars that had three ribs - from a picture I took. It worked perfectly and had the OEM rubber head on it. From the dealer, $250 for ONE...from these guys, four keys were about $30.Pinin85 wrote:Keys4classics.com is awesome. I have used them for four of my cars.
