Guess I am going to be doing a transmission rebuild

I knew the 4th gear syncro was bad but didn't expect this. I guess I will be doing a rebuild before I get back on the road.

Wow, it chewed up a synchro and spat it out!
Looks like transmission oil change was not a frequent event in the cars life...
