The last time this joker listed this car on Craigslist and Ebay I emailed him that he might want to check the year again as it certainly wasn't a 68. He emailed me back and said I should shut my piehole. LOL.

That would be my guess,
Or he's like me, I have stuff on my car from 7 or 8 different model years and although the car is an 81 it looks a whole lot more like a 75, changed doors handles, hood, taillights etc...
But, I'm especially crazy so I'm still going with stolen
