Spider Steering Wheel?

Hi, I'm thinking of replacing the stock black steering wheel on my '79 Spider with a wooden wheel. Anyone have one available that is easy to install? If possible, please send a photo or link, & cost. Thanks very much, Don tr3adon@gmail.com

Don,

you can find many used one on ebay. Just look for one with a Momo pattern, and you'll be good. If you go with a Nardi pattern, you need to buy a spacer (that's what I currently have on my Spider), also easy to find online for ~$30.

Differently from other models this is not too thick (less than an inch), so it doesn't screw up the ergonomics...here is how the Personal wheel looks like (sorry, bad pic..)
