Ten Most Dangerous Countries to Drive In

Post by sptcoupe »

I was surprised to see that Russia and China didn't make the ten worst, and I was surprised at the worst!

Some dangerous places for sure. Very suprised Mexico did not make the top 10. As you drive across Mexico, if you are so bold, they have infomal pay as you go stations were armed men stop you and charge a fee. Attached are couple articles that never seem to get national attention on just how dangerous the situation is in Mexico. My company works closely with border patrol and Mexican Authorities recovering rental vehicles in Mexico daily. trust me when i tell you there is a news blackout on what is really going on in the streets of Mexico. Only a small fraction of what happens actually gets reported on because they attack reporters and thier families as well. Reynosa is right across the Border From McAllen Texas and gun battles with RPG's take place with alarming frequency. The drug cartels leave body parts in the street with messages written on card board boxes to drive home the point of who in in charge. Do a search and look at the Mexican police that all cover thier face. they cover thier face so no harm will come to thier family. Yet... we are told the border is secure. Don't drive in Mexico. Please, seriously.
