I've seen some beautiful pictures on this forum from people that has remade the wood-like boards in the trunk covering fuel tank and spare tire.
Is anyone will to share the template they have used? i'm willing to pay a reasonable price for them.

I know that I can sve a few bucks with doing it myself from the carpet (i've got the original) but i'm dealing with other issues still and I don't have a lot of time to spare.
Thanks!!

I taped up heavy construction paper to make the template, but it was flimsy and I threw it away after making mine. Sorry. It isn't hard to make a template from the existing boards or carpet, by adding some paper taped to the boards to fill in the areas that don't fit well. Give it a shot, it doesn't take too long and is pretty easy to do!

It's beautiful, I remeber seen your picture before and admiring it.
I hope someone has kept the templates, otherwise like per your suggestion I'll use some carboard and the leftover roll of brown paper from the last painting job we did.

Same here. Please post the pics of your final result!
The boards are falling apart, so I traced the templates yesterday trying to prevent more crumbling.
The carpet is about disintegrating, and it keep letting loose this dust/sandy material that makes me itch just to look at it.
I saw some cheap but nice material at my local Lowes...that will be next.

My car doesn't have side boards, but I guess they really didn't come with it. I like what others have done so I'll try to make them with cardboard first.
I'll post pictures when done.
