Has anyone put makeshift bumpers on their top frames? There are two of these little rubber guys - one at either end of the middle cross bar. Mine are due for replacement and I was wondering if a grommet or stopper at the hardware store would suffice. I'm open to suggestion!

Those are jounce bumpers...energy suspension makes progressive ones that are better than stock...
