Signature on bulkhead - Who is it?

In the process of gutting the interior of my '83 I came across a signature on the bulkhead behind the rear seat. Who would have signed it? Is it common?

Looks like it starts with Fr .

My 82 was signed on the underside of the windshield wiper cowel panel.

There was one signature on my car when I restored it back in 2000. I just don't remember where.

mine is signed with the name "Russo" along the interior shell where the back seat would go. i'm told that whoever put the last item on at that stage of the production line signed off on it so the next stage would know it was ready for the next step
