I'm not sure the plans yet, some one is going to figure out a better plan for me,then I will let you know

Strikes me, Jim, that you should have her tell you exactly what the plan is before you agree to $4100. Maybe I'm an idiot, but that seems like a healthy sum to pay for an engine rebuild. I can only assume that they are providing ALL the parts, and unless you know the mechanic (her) personally, you might want to check into where and what they are getting for parts.
And yes, I said her! Just to bust your chops because, not only do women own fiats, some are also mechanics.

It's not bad for a hi-po TC built by a reputable shop. Yes, depends on what it all includes.

To put it in perspective a local guy was quoted over $5000 for a stock rebuild by an import shop. When you pay shop hourly rates things add up pretty fast.
