The springs are cut

Why the rough suspension? Is it the springs

if you cut one coil on the front your rubber bumper is on the a arm

Yes. Cutting the springs raises the spring rate, makes it stiffer. Hence the harsh ride.

Ok thanks. I never cut them, they was like that in the car, so I need to change them,
