73 Bumper mounts

I'm trying to mount the front and rear bumpers on my 73 spider but have no idea as to what the side mounts look like as the car was apart when I got it. Lots of small parts have gone missing over the last 25 years the p.o. has had it apart so I don't even know if I have all the parts. Any pictures or descriptions of behind the fenders would be a big help.

Some of the 73 like mine have a post on the inside of the bumper that just goes through a twisted L type bracket the bolts to the body then the bumper post goes through a hole in the bracket with a grommet around it. I can get pics of mine for you probably tomorrow

Is there something on the inside of the fender? The reason I ask is that there is a large cup washer welded to the inside of the fender where the bolt goes through. Mine also has the posts on the inside of the bumper ends.
