My passenger window stopped working last year. Somehow the crank shaft got detached from the gear that drives the mechanism so it just spun freely...
Got one from pick & pull (paid MORE than Autoricambi charges for a NEW one) and swapped it out today. I read old postings and everything I could find online. Heres my two cents if you ever have to do it.
Remove the window. Go to the auto parts store to buy replacements for the fiber washers on the back side OR buy them beforehand...they will crumble when you remove the through bolt
Label each pulley/junction with tape and a letter or number (or just write on the sheet metal like I did.) in order of the cables travel
Remove the old winder
Install the new one making sure all the cables stay in front (the side facing you) of the rail that the window slides down
Rout the cable around the pulleys in the order you pre-wrote. You may have to loosen the last one (the one nearest the top of the door is probably easiest) in order to get the cable around the pulley.
Re-tighten the pulley then re-install the glass . I reinstalled one through bolt then made sure the window was square before re-installing the other one.
Then undo-redo the whole thing when you realize you had the cable running "backwards" around the path.
Voila!
