Fiat/Lancia/Alfa Texas Hill Country Tour 4/11-4/14

Hey folks - The Houston based Gulf Coast Fiat Group is planning an extended weekend tour of the Texas Hill Country near Austin the weekend of 4/11 - 4/14. We have several events planned including a half day at the Harris Hill Road track in San Marcos, TX, a tour of Dick's Classic Car Garage Museum in San Marcos, evening drive to Canyon Lake for Pizza dinner, all on Friday and Saturday we will have a gimmick rally with a Pig Roast provided by a local Winery Saturday night. Everyone is welcome. This is NOT a Car Show so you can bring whatcha got. At present we have over 30 cars signed up and still a month away.

I have to sign up with Mike for this one. Kids event on Saturday morning but I'll be able to shoot up from SA mid day and hopefully meet you all at the track and hang out for the evening events and car museum. The track day was a ton of fun last time. In particular, there is a large U shaped turn on that track with wicked decent into the curve where you have to hold the line just right and clim back up. after that you have a brief area of track where you scream the engine to 7000 RPM's in 3rd and manage the next turn just right or you might be in the weeds. I was . Great fun!

Great! Ray - So far we have over 32 cars confirmed attending and more to come - have folks coming all the way from Missouri - Kansas - Mississippi too. Can't call it Freak Out South just yet but gettin there )

Come on down - we'd love to have you along- may be your best shot at seeing this many Fiats together in one place next to Freak Out - over 34 signed up so far and we are still a month away.
