I started off with my winter project initially defined as replacing a leaking exhaust manifold gasket and got a serious case of "while your in there" syndrom. Soooooo, I also decided to send off the turbo to be rebuilt as well as change just about every gasket from the head gasket up. When removing my intake manifold, I noticed the rubber fuel hoses on the fuel rail look pretty bad with lots of little cracks. Any ideas how to change these fuel hoses as well as the main fuel supply hose going to the rail?
The only information I was able to find online is here: http://www.international-auto.com/index ... sid=852036. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks.
John

Thanks Mark. IAP recommends 7.5 mm fuel hose. Is that what you use? What size clamp do you use? One last question...the fuel hose from the fuel line to the fuel rail appears larger and has a metal bolt-on fitting on the end where it connects to the fuel line. How does one go about replacing that hose?So Cal Mark wrote:most any parts store should carry them. They use a solid band rather than serations
Thanks for your help and Happy New Year!
