What is this thing worth?

I'm trying to sell my 85 Spider. it has under 50K miles, and is original interior, exterior with no rust.
Originally, I bought it for $5500 and put $2000 into it to rewire the front end, replace a melted fan, rebuilt radiator and general tune-up. The drivers window rolls down via power, but up manually. A/C is disconnected.
Is asking $7500 too high? Its only a summer driver, and gets stored indoors (heated) during winter months.
I suppose I could go down to $6500, and say the grand was the cost of having fun...

Any thoughts out there spider folks?
