Rear seat back frame picture

Does anyone have a picture of the rear seat back frame? I've POR-15ed mine but I have to rebuild the part of the frame where the seat belts go through. Essentially I need something to screw the plastic brackets into in the frame. A picture would help to reconstruct the same.

That's exactly the picture I need. Thanks.

Now to figure out how to rebuild this without a welding torch. Are there others ways to attach a small piece of metal to the wire bracket? I've seen something called JB Weld but not sure what it's for. Any used this or something similar?
