I am taking off door handles from 81spider and I have the clamps off inside door but now what ????? It has a screw in the middle of locking system but tough to get to....

2 clamps, 1 front and 1 back, just pop off the linkage to the lock rod, the plastic end link will pop off, be careful so you dont break it. the assembly was not designed to be dissassembled in the door
