Auto Ricambi Super

Post by nibbes123 »

Just want to thank Ramzi at Auto Ricambi for all the help he has given me on some parts I ordered from him. One part was defected so I emailed him on what to do, Ramzi called me right away and said sorry about the defected part I will send a new one out to you right away and not charge for shipping, I live in Ontario Canada. Bottom line Auto Ricambi is great to deal with.

Thanks again Ramzi

I had a very similar issue which was resolved immediately & without question. Since day one for me they have been amazing to deal with. Being from Canada as well, it is refreshing to deal with people I may never meet who treat me like we have been friends for years. I owe it all to the incredible people on this forum.

So Cal Mark many thanks to you

I buy about 90% of my parts through them. I'm a very happy camper!

Another satisfied customer, had a gasket kit come missing a few parts, a phone call and a day later they arrived at my door. I've ordered many pieces and parts from AR and always had super fast transactions with no fuss. Between Ramzi of Auto Ricambi and Mark Allison of Allison Automotive, I don't think the Spider community in the US can really want for anything...
