Hi all
Had some rust in the door hinge interface with door frame, hinge was welded but it seems like the alignment is off, when opening the door I can feel a bit of a "drop" when the door completely disengages from the latch and alignment piece at the bottom of the door, what's the trick to correctly welding the door? Thanks
Mike

you can measure from a good door, or measure from the door post mounting holes. The bracket inside the post should slide around a bit for adjustment, so I would measure from the centerline of the holes a the top and bottom hinges and then give yourself the same dimensions on the door. That way you will have room to adjust when mounting.
