Can anyone tell me if the front and rear springs on the 124 spider are square on both ends, Tangential on both ends or a mix?

They are square.
Left is '78, Right is '69. I would imagine that all other years follow suit.

Can anyone tell me the outside diameter of the spring?
This is critical for where the spring sits in the thrust ring.
And the inside diameter, critical for shock clearance.
