Brake Part Info?

Post by opus10583 »

Hi,

I'd like to have as much in hand as possible for my disk and pads replacement project:

What size are the front and rear caliper support bracket mounting bolts, more specifically what size are the lock washers?

What size are the caliper locking block cotter pins?

Thanks,
Mark

The bolt is 10 mm dia., 17mm long with a thread pitch of 1.25. The hole dia. for the pin is .125". Hope this is what you need.

Hmmm... Midwest-Bayless has one at ~25mm

...and I've empirically determined 20mm is way too long.

Any chance there were spacers of some sort on the '78s?

Thanks,
Mark
