Hopefully they non op'd it completely. When I got mine I got a stack of paperwork that included the DMV forms for non op, filled out but not done. Cost me over $500 to get it transfered and registered. Luckily the seller had agreed that if the fees were high they'd help pay and they did pay me back 1/2 of it.

Looks like its been sitting along time. Non op looks legit. Car has seen better days. Engine and trans are sitting in front of car. The pluses are complete set of wheels,74 manifold and carb, early 1800 head, all bumpers and more.
