Steering geometry settings

Hi everyone,
Can anyone give me a definitive setting for my wheel alignment?

I am led to believe it should be 3 degrees toed out, des this sound right?

Fiat factory manual says:
Toe-in (car laden*) .12 ± .039" (3 ± 2mm)

if your steering linkage is in new or near-new condition, set the toe as close to zero as possible, with just a smidgen of toe-in. I'd set it at 1/16" in.
