I am assembling my car after it was painted. The burlap type strip that separated the stainless steel sill dress piece from the body was missing on one side and not any good on the other. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what to install??
I was thinking of a piece of roofing ice dam.
Thanks

Re: door sill assembly
I used tool chest drawer liner rubber mat. I bought it at Home Depot or Harbor Freight (don't remember).
