What keeps the visors in position?
My passenger side visor won't stay up. The driver's side is stiff as all hell and remains where it's put. Is there a way to adjust this? Looks like they just slide onto the metal roof pieces and have a plastic piece on the inboard side.

Look where the small round bit of metal comes out of the visor. You'll see a small metal clip and a micro screw. Tighten the screw and the visor firms up on rotation around the round bit...
Perhaps I should'nt be trying to explain after a couple of glasses of homemade vino But you'll see what gobbing off about..

On the original visors there is a screw you can tighten by each pin.
The nut is really weird, it takes a flathead screwdriver, but once the bolt comes through it, you can't get to the slots.
A lot of Fiat owners have modified flathead screwdrivers by cutting a notch in the middle so we can tighten this nut.
