FI spider - no spark

Hi, all-

Request some suggestions in trouble shooting an '81 FI spider.

Fuel- no problem
No Spark from the coil. Tracing further back, the pink wire that connects to the coil will not activate the test light. I changed out the ignition switch. No change. I spiced into the pink wire just beyond the connector at the ig. switch and ran a separate wire from there to the coil. No change. So it looks like the connector between the wiring harness & switch.

Hmm. Thoughts?
