The PO removed the whole lock assembly from the rear. Latch and all. I gathered up what I think are all the parts. Just not sure how it all goes together. I also don't know how to keep the tumbler in my 2000 zero. I can see that there is a metal thing that goes on the back of the tumbler which must have been held on by some sort of clamp. Then the plastic arm must go over to the latch assembly and bolt on. Not sure how the arm is supposed to be situated. Also not sure what direction the metal thing on the back of the tumbler goes. I figured out the spring. : )

That answers just about every one of my questions. Wonder if a standard hardware store would have that "C" clip... I guess that's all I need. And some nuts.

Is your's a 1981? I'm not sure if I have room for a nut and a wingnut. Got the C clip and popped it on. Seems like it's working.

I picked up a pack of assorted clips at Harbor Freight and one in that kit fit my 81 lock.
