My speedometer is not working.....went to hook up a new cable and found a small plastic box behind the dash where the cable is screwed in to.....like a junction box. ANother cable then connects to the speedometer.....What is this?? Can I bypass it? An easy task has become a puzzlement. Any insight is appreciated.
