1977 restoration

I have been working on my 1977 restoration and have progressed very well. I rebuilt the head and replaced all the brake components and have sanded the entire body down to metal and primed it preparing to paint it as close to the 1977 Fiat red as I can get. She runs great now and only has 45,000 miles on her and while I was sanding her down I found no rust or evidence of any prior body or rust repairs. Does anyone know the paint code for the Fiat 1977 red or a good paint shop in Louisville KY? Also I need to find the wire wheel center caps and the rubber around the windows as mine has dri-rotted, any clues where I can find these?

I don't know if it's the same on your 77 but on my 78 on the ID plate in the engine compartment, on the firewall, along the bottom it gives the stock paint code number (no name) for the paint.
Here's a bad pic of my plate, you can just make out along the bottom that it says #797 which cross references to "marrone scuro" - dark brown.
Here's a spot I found behind the gas tank that shows the original color of mine. Like the burgundy WAY better!

I did not seal it before I primed it, did I make a costly mistake? It has never been red, it looks like it has been brown and white in the past. How do you insert pictures and I will post a before picture and a picture of how it looks today?
