Top header bow

Is there a difference from a header bow from a 79' fiat and one from a 75' ? I need a transplant and was wondering...

Possibly. As far as I recall, up to 78 is a square corner style, and 80 and up is not. The 79 were half square and half not. I believe, however, that you can use either one, but would require the top material to be matched to the front bow. E.i. If you use an early style bow, order a type from the early models. Late model style with late model top, etc.
