My heater flap under the cowel is dead. It rusted out. Does anyone know a source for a new door or if there is a thread on how to make one? I've been searching but I'm coming up with nothing. Thanks!

I have an extra metal flap that is in great condition you can have for 20 dollars plus shipping if you're interested.

I'll think about it. Thank you for the offer. May try and think of a way to fabricate it. Do I really need the flap for now if I'm going to be driving it primarily in warm weather?

Nah. If I'm going to go through that then I'll just riven some sort of hinge on and hook the cable up. I think I'll just build a door. Shouldn't be too hard.
