It depends on a ton of variables:

Paint condition?
Tire condition?
Type of rims and condition?
Wiring modifications?
Suspension condition?
Transmission condition?
Rust?

Post some pictures and we can estimate the value better.

For reference check out the craigslist ads around the country. I should'nt but am looking at a 82 that is listed for $1500.00. Seattle craigs list, phoenix ect. IAP classifieds Kijiji is another. Ebay might give some reference with the "buy it now " price.

It is a matter of opinion, but I'd say the low end would be about $3,800 and the high end about $4,500 depending on the quality and condition of the paint since you called it "good".

If it is a higher end restoration, everything professionally done, everything works right, with no oddball fixes or modifications, everything works as it is meant to work, etc., you could get $6,500+

Despite what nada.com states, it is pretty hard to get more than $6,500 unless it is an extremely low mileage original and an unmolested car, professionally restored car, or a one-off custom job. Then you could ask more. I've seen some listed in the $11-$12,000 range but have no idea what they really sold for.

No rust eh? I have yet to see a fiat spider with no rust. You're just looking in the right places. Rust came standard from the factory. It was not an option.

it really depends on location
ive had mine awhlie it too was a cal car and it was 98% free of rust when i drove it back in 96
the rust was"is" on the front bumper.its from sea salt spray in sana cruse"but i got it in reno.
up here they mostly decintagraded of rust. so there worth a bit more.if your in japan...
and i have around 8g in it still need to do the motor.
i went to my library look up redbook value in 2000 it said 11g for great condition.
id need more
when you do everything correct people arent sure youve done anything at all (futurama)
