Autozone Timing Light Thumbs Down

Post by spidernut »

Today I bought a timing light at Autozone at about 12:30 p.m. I drove home, set the timing on Spider number 1 then set the timing on Spider number 2 when the timing light burned out at about 1:30 p.m. They didn't have one for exchange so I returned it and got my money back. At least I got the cars timed before the light died. Now I have to find another one somewhere else.

Any suggestions for a durable, long-lasting timing light that won't cost a fortune?

I like my Mac Tools light. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
