Could it be that he is telling us a lot of bs about himself and only uses the forum to sell parts?

Well, I dunno, but it's not my job to police such things. IMHO if he's got a part and you wanna buy it and you and he are happy with the transaction then it's all good. I'll leave it to mark, etc to figure out whether he's going about it in an acceptable way. Unless you only buy parts from him to help 3 legged homeless dogs and then we find out he's really using the cash to buy Starbucks, then I can't imagine it being a huge deal. Nobody gets rich selling FIat stuff, so I'm not as quick to overreact to this sort of thing.

I did contact him about the appearance that he is a commercial vendor and the requirements for using the forum. He replied that he is not a commercial vendor but merely parting out lots of cars and he did comply with the fees I requested as a vendor. Beyond that I don't have any additional information

i live in central florida. i have 10 fiats/lancias myself. there were 4 spiders on craigslist here recently sold as a package for 800.00, i missed that set. back to the topic, i would be willing to meet with this person and check out thier operation if they would invite me. granted i used to own a fiat and lancia salvage yard, and sold new and used parts for years. retired from that now. but i still have the passion for my fiats.
