I taught both of my kids to drive in my Spider. My daughter even took her driver's license driven test in my Fiat. All their friends were very envious. Their friends had to learn to drive in minivans and pickups. :)

It can get ugly! My kids are planning which Fiat they want for themselves and figuring a way to get them sooner than later. I sleep with one eye open at all times.

well at 1st she has been wanting the 66 F-100 ford truck. But once she slid down in the fine Italian seat and put her hands on the glossy wood stearing wheel and her little foot could reach the rubber on the the pedal it was all over for dad ! I could almost see her counting on her fingers how many days till her birthday in Aug. But little does she know her 3 yer old brother gets this car. A reasons 1st. He was the only child of mine out of the 4 that was out side helping me turn a wrench, screw driver helping in a lot of little ways. 2nd gives me more time to drive it myself and time to get my fiat ghia built ! Ok ok you caught me my reasons are purely personal !

Great photo!!! My 7 yr old daughter thinks she should get the Spider and the X 19 but has decided that her 17 yr old brother can have the X 1/9. She may change her mind after the X is painted.

I have made it very clear to my son that he has to wait until he is 40 - like I had to - before I'll pass the Spider on to him.
