who like in progress pix, I finally got the final shape of my airdam after a month of glassing, grinding, glassing, grinding, glassing, grinding...you get the picture. still have more grinding to do on the back side to even out thickness plus a lot of finish sanding. The air dam sticks out as far and matches the profile of the bumper. should have about 6" of ground clearance, give or take. Modified the original design by recessing the center. this allow more hot arizona air to the radiator as well as reduce the chance of the nose scraping. And yes, it does produce vaccuum under the car and starts sucking the car to the road at speeds above 45 mph. also takes about 5 mph off of top end. ...As i told my body shop customers, it has to get ugly before it gets pretty.
